Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026 · Applies to doovina.com, DooVina Studio (studio.doovina.com) and DooVina's own social media channels.
DooVina is an independent software studio based in Vietnam. This policy explains what data we handle on this website, in DooVina Studio and on our own social media channels. Each of our apps has its own policy: DocNavy and Diphony.
This website
- doovina.com is a static website. It has no account system, no cookies and no advertising trackers.
- Visit statistics: we use PostHog (servers in the EU) to count visits to this website. For each page you open it receives the page address, the page or link that sent you (including campaign tags such as
utm_sourcewhen you arrive from one of our social media posts), your browser, device type and screen size, and your IP address, which it uses to estimate your country. Nothing is stored on your device (no cookies or local storage), clicks and screens are not recorded, and we do not use it to identify you or build a profile. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is sent. Our apps do not include PostHog. - The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request to Google when the page loads.
Our social media channels
- We publish posts and videos only to DooVina's own accounts on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bluesky and Reddit. Every post is reviewed and approved by a person before it goes out. Some posts to X and TikTok are sent through the scheduling service Buffer.
- By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Comments and messages you leave on our channels are handled by each platform under its own policy. We read them only to reply.
DooVina Studio and YouTube API Services
- DooVina Studio (studio.doovina.com) is our internal publishing tool. There is no public sign-up: only authorised DooVina staff can sign in, and by signing in they agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
- DooVina Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload our videos to the DooVina YouTube channel (@doovinabiz), add captions, add videos to our playlists, and read our own channel, playlists and video status. Its use of YouTube data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
- What we access and store: the OAuth authorization token that the DooVina channel owner granted; the DooVina channel ID; and, for each video we upload, its YouTube video ID, link, upload and privacy status, and the title and description we wrote. We do not access, collect or store any data about viewers, commenters, subscribers or other YouTube users or channels.
- How we use and share it: only to publish and manage DooVina's own videos and to show their status inside DooVina Studio. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never share it with other parties. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting providers (Oracle Cloud, Supabase and Cloudflare); the authorization token is kept encrypted in our secrets manager and used only by our server.
- Cookies: DooVina Studio sets one secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep a staff member signed in (it expires after 12 hours or when they sign out). It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not let third parties serve content or ads.
- Keeping and deleting data: we refresh stored YouTube API data from YouTube at least every 30 days, so it stays current. If access is revoked, or if you ask us to delete it, we delete the stored YouTube API data within 7 days.
- Revoking access: in addition to asking us to delete the data, the account owner can revoke DooVina's access to their Google account at any time on the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- Questions or complaints about these privacy practices: contact@doovina.com.
When you contact us
If you email contact@doovina.com, we keep your message and email address only to answer you and for as long as the conversation needs. We never sell or share it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at contact@doovina.com.
- If you ever granted an app access to your Google account, you can review or remove that access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
